Money:
Dance Circle does not hold onto money, apart from a small amount of “petty cash”. At the end of each dance session, expenses are paid (typically only rent and DJ) and the remainder is given to someone to donate to a charitable cause. Dance Circle organizers designate the charitable cause to be donated to for each session. Since 2025, donations, expenses and petty cash are recorded in the “Sunday Plans” spreadsheet.
